LAL had the pleasure of partaking in the SUFA project inauguration event that took place this Monday in Moallaqah public school in Zahle. The event was in the presence of the German Ambassador, Andreas Kindl, and the head of the Bekaa educational region Mr. Youssef Briedy, representing Mr. Imad Ashkar, Director General of the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE).
SUFA is a project implemented by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in partnership with MEHE and LAL. It is commissioned by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development BMZ Germany.
Germany supports LAL to improve access to education for all children by supporting the school digital program completion and the development of Tabshoura’s offline App to be downloaded on the 60 thousands tablets distributed to public schools.
