For the second time, a representative from LAL attended the MLW in UNESCO Paris (March 26, 2018 until March 30).  Nagi Ghorra, Co-Founder and Vice President of Lebanese Alternative Learning joined and participated in this important event.

Nayla Fahed, Nagi Ghorra & Muriel Albina met with students and teachers from the AUB’s Faculty of Education to expose the Tabshoura project and try to recruit volunteers to help us create content for the Tabshoura platform.

To commemorate the International Day of the Girl 2017 on October 11, LAL’s CEO (Nayla) was invited to participate in a conference hosted by UNICEF in Istanbul, Turkey. Nayla was there in her role as Gulmakai Champion.

Walid Abu Saifan & Nagi Ghorra from Lebanese Alternative Learning have attended the first ever H5P Conference in Tromsø – Norway. It was a very interesting conference with 65 participants mainly from northern Europe. The other continents were less represented, with only 2 Americans, 4 Asians (including us) and no participants from Africa or Australia attending.
